Senior Fitness – our training sessions dedicated to 65-and-above participants– is back! Every Monday, from 17 May to 4 October. 12 sessions subdivided into 4-lesson units, to stay fit through exercises made-to-measure.

Unit 1: focus on feet, legs, and waist
Unit 2: focus on abdomen and chest
Unit 3: focus on shoulders, arms, wrists, hands, and neck

Every session will include the introductory physiotherapy techniques inspired by yoga warriors. The same techniques – at the basis of short dynamic meditation experiences – will end every session of the programme.

In cooperation with Natked.

To take part you will need a medical certificate for sports activity. Show it to our instructors before the start of the session.
