PAN deli

PAN deli, the new concept by chef Yoji Tokuyoshi and Alice Yamada, has arrived in Portanuova. Located in the inner courtyard of Pirelli 35, the project brings the quality and precision of the PAN world to the neighborhood in a more immediate and urban format, inspired by American delis and Japanese food shops dedicated to fresh cuisine.

The menu features a selection of freshly prepared dishes, designed to accompany every moment of the day: from breakfast before the office to a quick lunch, from an afternoon break to takeaway. During the week, the pace is fast and functional; on weekends, it slows down, making room for leisurely breakfasts and casual lunches.
