Sushi Banco IYO Omakase

The IYO Omakase sushi counter, which shares an entrance with the IYO Kaiseki restaurant, opens its doors for lunch and dinner by reservation only.

Guests sit at the large counter with only seven seats, where the sushi master cooks before their eyes, reviving the ancient ritual of Edomae sushi.

One does not order from a menu, but relies on the expertise of sushi master Masashi Suzuki, who chooses the course for all guests, alternating between nigiri, sashimi and traditional Japanese cooked dishes. Omakase, in fact, literally means “I trust you”.
