Torre Solaria

Not everyone knows that Portanuova hosts the tallest high-rise apartments in Italy. Standing at 143 metres Solaria, included in the complex of residential towers designed by Arquitectonica, gives its dwellers a full view of Milan and even the snow-covered Alps: a stunning, one-of-a-kind sight! The entire complex respects state-of-the-art construction standards in terms of sustainability and pollution reduction: this has earned it a LEED GOLD certification, the 2015 Society of American Registered Architects (SARA) Award, and the 2019 SALI Merit Award of Excellence.
